ADEIT is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights pertaining to its website and any items contained therein (including but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software and texts; trademarks and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, software needed for its operation, access and use, etc.) owned by ADEIT or its licensors.

All rights reserved. Under sections 8 and 32(1)(2) of the Intellectual Property Law, any reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making them available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes on any medium and by any technical means without the permission of ADEIT is expressly prohibited. Users undertake to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by ADEIT. Users may view the contents of the portal and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of their computer or on any other physical medium as long as it is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. Users are to refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on ADEIT’s website.

ADEIT complies with the guidelines of Spain’s Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December enacting the Regulations for the implementation of the Organic Law and any other regulations as may be applicable. ADEIT likewise disclaims any liability for any inappropriate use of this website by third parties or for any information they transmit to third parties through it.   1. Purpose and scope of application

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to specify the conditions governing the publication and use of the website and services at the electronic address https://eventos.adeit and regulate such use. Any user who accesses the information and services provided in the aforementioned domain is bound by these Terms of Use.

Furthermore, certain services may be subject to Specific Terms of Use which are available on the ADEIT Foundation website. Users should read them and will also be bound by them.

  1. Access, registration and users 

In general, users will not need to register to access the contents of the ADEIT Foundation website.

However, the ADEIT Foundation does provide certain services which require user identification and authentication and acceptance of Specific Terms and Conditions of Contract.

Accurate, current and truthful data

The data entered by the user must be accurate, current and truthful. Any intentional provision of false data, and in particular a false identity, will be considered a breach of the Terms of Use of the ADEIT Foundation website and may result in the immediate blocking of the user’s account and a claim for any damages which may have been caused by the inaccuracy of such data. Under no circumstances may the user register another person without proper authorisation.

When user registration is required, the user has the following obligations:

Keep their access codes or passwords for restricted access services secret. Usernames and passwords may not be disclosed to third parties.

Passwords may not be stored in files, media or any other places where they may be accessed by unauthorised individuals.

Strong passwords containing eight or more characters, capital letters, numbers or signs and which are not words, names or concepts must always be used.

Users must undertake to immediately notify the ADEIT Foundation of any incident which might lead to improper use of their password such as theft, loss or unauthorised access.

The ADEIT Foundation is only responsible for the security measures related to accessing the services.

The entire website’s contents, including logos and trademarks, and its graphic design and source codes are owned by the ADEIT Foundation or third parties and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Under no circumstances may it be construed that the exploitation rights to them recognised by intellectual property regulations are transferred to the user.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by or interpreted in accordance with current Spanish law to the extent not expressly provided herein. The ADEIT Foundation and the user may submit any disputes concerning these Terms of Use to the courts pertaining to the address of the website’s owner, i.e. the ADEIT Foundation, unless otherwise specified by law.

  1. Validity and registration of changes 

These Terms of Use are applicable from their date of publication. The ADEIT Foundation reserves the right to change them without any requirements other than notifying users of the pages on the domain https://eventos.adeit.

If any point or clause of these Terms of Use is considered null and void or inapplicable in whole or in part by any court or competent administrative body, such nullity or inapplicability will not affect the other provisions of the Terms of Use.

Los datos necesarios para el uso de la plataforma y el envío de información sobre eventos realizados se conservarán hasta que la persona usuaria revoque su consentimiento libremente o ejerza el derecho de supresión. En todo caso, una vez finalice el tratamiento los datos se conservarán bloqueados únicamente a disposición de autoridades, jueces o tribunales por periodo mínimo de tres años a partir de esa fecha.
