VENUE

The workshop will take place from May, 12th to 13th at the University-Business Foundation of the University of Valencia (ADEIT) . ADEIT is an organisation, with its own legal personality, promoted by the Social Council of the University of Valencia in 1989, whose objective is, on the one hand, that companies take advantage of the University's capabilities, and on the other hand, to serve as a channel to transmit to the University the needs of companies and productive sectors. To this end, ADEIT promotes the development of joint activities in all those fields that favour the exchange of know-how and, as a consequence, the promotion of economic progress.

The registration period for the 3rd Edition Workshop on Hierarchical Bayesian Spatio-Temporal Modelling is from March 12th to April 30th, 2026 and must be done through the black button "ENROLL"

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by ADEIT

  • ADEIT reserves the right to cancel or change the activity if a minimum number of registrations is not reached or because of other reasons beyond the control of the organisers. In this case, of cancellation of the activity, ADEIT will refund the full registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other expenses such as the purchase of transport tickets or accommodation bookings.
     
  • The participant expressly agrees to totally absolve ADEIT from any liability with respect to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely the individual’s responsibility to seek and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance to cover his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect loss or damage caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the activity.
     
  • If the Conference does not take place for reasons beyond the control of the Conference Programme Organizers and Conference Technical Organizer, due to force majeure (e.g., flood, hurricane, etc.), participants will not be entitled to reimbursement of any fees associated with participation in the activity.
     

Cancellation by the participant

  • If a conference delegate is unable to attend, he or she can assign his/her registration to another person, as long as ADEIT is informed of the change at least 48 hours before the activity. Cancellation must be made before April 30th 10% of the fee will be retained by ADEIT for administrative costs. After May 1st participants withdrawing from the activity will not receive any refund.
     
  • The Organizers have the right to change the Regulations at any time. The changes shall be published on the congress webpage.

REGISTRATION AND ACCESS GUIDE TO THE APPLICATION FOR MANAGING YOUR REGISTRATION (SYMPOSIUM PLATFORM AND SYMPOSIUM APP)

After completing your registration, you will have access to the Symposium Platform and Symposium App, where you can modify or cancel your registration if needed. Please note that your registration will only be finalized once you select the registration type and payment method (either via the bank’s payment gateway or by bank transfer; in the latter case, your registration will not be confirmed until we receive proof of payment by email).

Once your registration is complete, you will automatically receive an email with a welcome message confirming your successful registration. This email will also include an invitation to access the Symposium Platform and Symposium App.

Specifically, your welcome email will allow you to:

  1. Download the QR code for your registration to your mobile device by installing the Symposium App.
  2. Download the QR code for your registration as a PDF if you are registering from a computer.
  3. Contact the Event Management Team if you have any questions.
  4. Access your personal dashboard on the Symposium Platform/App, where you can modify or cancel your registration if necessary.

The XV SEPEX & II Joint SEPEX-BAPS meeting 2026 will bring together members from the Spanish Society for Experimental Psychology (SEPEX) and the Belgian Association for Psychological Sciences (BAPS). The meeting will take place in Valencia, on September 9-11th, 2026, with pre-meeting workshops on September 8th. It is hosted by the Reading Research Unit (ERI Lectura) from the University of Valencia.

By merging the tradition and interests of SEPEX and BAPS, the Joint meeting will focus on all areas of psychological research, with a particular emphasis on experimental psychology. The meeting will proudly feature the following keynotes: Kate Nation (University of Oxford), Akira Miyake (University of Colorado Boulder) and Agnes Moors (KU Leuven), as well as those from the SEPEX Emerging Researcher Award and Pio Tudela lecture (to be announced).
